How to Prepare Jersey Design Files?

In kit preparation, the emblem file, draft visual, and player list serve different purposes. Saving them with similar names may lead to the use of the wrong file. Give each file a short name that describes its content.

Separate old versions from final approval files. For documents sent repeatedly with the same name, indicate which one is current. Gathering files to be used in the final submission in one place reduces the need to piece together information from message history.
