Jersey Number and Player Matching

The accuracy of jersey numbers is a separate issue from whether the design looks correct. Keep each number on the same line as the player's name. If there are players with similar names, use clear records to distinguish them.

When a number change occurs, verify that the previous mapping has also been updated. The same number appearing on two lines could be an error or a team preference; clarify instead of assuming. Do not treat the sample number in the final draft as approval for the entire list.
