Collecting player information in a single table during kit preparation makes it easier to manage. Let each row represent a player; include separate fields for name, number, size, and quantity. Instead of filling in uncertain information with guesses, mark it as pending.

Once you have completed the list, check for empty fields and duplicate entries. Verify whether assigning the same number to multiple players is intentional. Calculate the final total from the rows and separate the approved list from older versions.
