When distributing jerseys, relying solely on the number can lead to confusion with similar or duplicate records. Check the player's name and size at the same time. Mark the delivered item on the list.

Keep the items of players not present in the team separate. Update the record in case of temporary exchanges or trying on a different size. This way, you won't need to re-identify who the remaining items belong to through messages at the end of the distribution.
