Color Harmony in Two-Tone Jersey Design
The secondary color does not have to be used in the same amount as the primary color on the jersey. A narrow area on the sleeve cuff or a line around the collar may be sufficient. First, determine the purpose of this color: to define borders, create a connection with the crest, or highlight a section.
Instead of adding the same secondary tone to every gap, try it in two distinct spots. If these spots draw more attention than the body when you shrink the draft, you can reduce the area of use. The goal is not to fill in the number of colors, but to clearly complement the main look.
