Typography Print Hat

Text-printed hats are considered for designs that highlight short slogans, team names, or event messages. To ensure legibility on a small and curved surface, the text length and letter height must be planned together.

Font and Layout

Fine-lined fonts may lose detail at small sizes. A simple layout that maintains spacing between letters makes the message easier to read from a distance. Ensure that Turkish characters are rendered correctly; letters such as Ş, Ğ, İ, and ı should be checked individually in the proof file.

Custom Text List

If a different name is to be used on each hat, the list must be prepared while maintaining the case-sensitive formatting. It should be verified that the longest name fits within the application area. The printing method is determined based on the fabric surface and stitching position; it should not be assumed that every model supports the same font size.
