Once the kit preparation is complete, it is useful to store the final draft and the approved player list in one place. Link the crest file used to the same record as well. Keep draft versions separate from the final applied look.

Return to this record instead of trying to gather details from old messages when the need arises again. Do not assume that the same product will be available in the future; the archive provides a reference to clarify expectations and compare changes.
